“Branding Made Easy”

LET US GUIDE YOU AND QUOTE YOU

Welcome to our page on branding your workwear & uniform orders for our first time customers and those requiring a quote.

How to get a quote

We require 5 minutes of your time to answer some questions and at the end you’ll be required to upload your logo(s). It will help us if you can advise the quantity of items likely required for each product type, the product codes you prefer, and the garment colours – so be sure to have browsed the website and make a note of the products you like.

Branding Options

With in-house branding facilities and nearly 30 years expertise in the industry, we will endeavour to recommend the best value branding solution and most practical process for your uniform branding to provide 2 important factors...

  • Ease of repeat ordering, with no minimum quantities
  • Suggest cost effective processes where we can remove the need for design/process set up costs when repeat ordering.

We offer both embroidery and printing services ( to produce your logo(s). Once we have sight of your artwork, we can gauge your options to advise which application process will make your uniform look its best.

Artwork Types

For Embroidery

If no edits are required to the logo supplied, a .png or .jpeg will suffice to enable us to scan and digitize your design to an embroidery format.

For Printing

A vector (master) file (editable artwork) of your logo is required so we can change colours and resize the design (as required) to a dpi resolution of 300 or higher - often embedded within a .pdf from your graphic designers. An .eps or .ai file created with Adobe Illustrator exported on a transparent background are perfect if you have them!

Logos produced using Canva software

Designs made using Canva will not export or produce an editable vector (master file). As a result, where printing is required, a re-draw of the design would be necessary to produce the vector file to allow us full editability of the artwork so we can alter colours, resize objects, and re-scale the design to printable sizes (e.g. a small logo for left chest and a larger version for back prints) without blurring, which occurs on .jpeg and .png file types produced by Canva.

If you have created your logo using Canva and require/prefer printing, we can have the file re-drawn for you at a cost of $55+gst. Once your order is complete and paid for, we will supply you the same vector file for your future use.

Should embroidery be preferred, then an editable vector file is not always necessary as we can scan the artwork supplied.

Your Branding Questions Answered

Whether we recommend print or embroidery for your job will depend on:

  • The artwork provided
  • The type of garment/substrate chosen
  • The number of items in the order

Once we receive your quote request, we will assess the most suitable option.

The approximate lead time for branding orders is 6-8 working days from approval date.

Our turnaround times are subject to change during busy seasonal periods or when we experience a higher number of orders, but our team will still do their best to get your uniform to your door as quick as possible!

After we send your initial quote, the order can be updated as many times as necessary until you're 100% happy to proceed.

We move your order into production only once the quote has been accepted and you approve the visual proofs we send of the artwork.

If you want to purchase plain apparel, simply add the items to your cart and complete the checkout process.

If you would like to add a logo to your garments, please complete the quote form and include the product codes (SKU) of the items you require, and we will add the garment costs to your quote, with recommendations and prices for the embellishment type(s) we feel will be best suited for your branding.

For embroidery, a .png or .jpeg will suffice, as long as no edits are required to your artwork, so we can scan and digitize your logo into an embroidery format.

For printing, we need your design in a vector format (editable artwork) to avoid set up costs, and is often embedded in a .pdf or an eps. file from your graphic designer.

Our branding costs are discounted to reflect that we are supplying the garments.

Various factors determine the unit costs; quantity of garments, print area coverage, or embroidery is determined by the number of stitches in the design (for example). Once we have sight of your logo and know the quantity and preferred process required we will organise a quote (normally same day).

We will normally prepare a quote and get back to you same business day.
