Standard addresses = $8.69+GST

Rural addresses = $13.04+GST

Free shipping for orders over $300 (including GST)

For items stocked in NZ, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days on an overnight courier service. For rural addresses, please allow an additional 1-2 business days. 

We manage a predictive stock, and therefore, not every style/size/colour will be available in our Queenstown location. In this instance, we may need to acquire your gear from multiple distribution centres. Our lead time allows for daily inbound stock to arrive with us from supporting warehouses to fulfill your order.

We have warehouses in Auckland, Christchurch and Australia courtesy of the brands and manufacturers we work with. We will, on occasion, have your order shipped to you directly from the brand’s warehouse.

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to keep our stock inventory up to date. However, we cannot always guarantee availability of items at the time of purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternatives, a refund, or advise the predicted time frame for delivery.

In some cases, items that are out stock in NZ will originate from the brand’s Australian warehouse(s). If this applies to your order, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email upon processing your order.

Certain products are stock supported from Australian only as brands will choose not to hold them in their NZ warehouses. However, we selectively feature some Australian stocked on our website as we feel the quality merits being featured in NZ.

Please read product descriptions carefully as it will outline whether the item originates from Australia. Australian products take longer to reach us (approx. 8-10 working days) before we can dispatch your order as they need to clear customs. We will send you a follow-up email upon processing your order in case this information is missed.

Where multiple brands feature in your order (including items of Australian origin), your order will be sent once all items are ready for dispatch.
