We ship from multiple locations, including our Queenstown location and Auckland warehouses courtesy of the brands we work with. Where we ship your order from will depend on where your item(s) are stocked at the time of purchase. If you order includes items from different brands, we will sometimes ship your order in two parts from different warehouses.

For NZ stocked items, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days on an overnight courier service. For rural delivery, please allow an additional 2 days.
Products that are stock supported from Australian warehousing (only) take 8-10 working days to reach us before we can ship your order.
Please read product descriptions carefully as they will outline whether your item(s) originate from Australia. This applies particularly to items from Bisley and Portwest.
On occasion, NZ stocked items will come from Australian warehousing if they are out of stock in NZ. If this applies to your order, we will email you with an ETA upon processing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number applied.
Orders
Of course! If you need to edit your shipping address or update the size and/or colour of your item(s), email orders@scarletworkwear.co.nz as soon as possible after placing the order so we can process your request. If your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee the changes can be made.
We are aware that some accounts, such as Hotmail and Gmail, may have settings that send our emails into spam! If you haven't received any correspondence from us, be sure to check your junk folder first. If you still can't find your confirmation, email orders@scarletworkwear.co.nz or call us at 03 777 4560.
Yes! We always appreciate new customers and offer a 10% off your first purchase when you subscribe with us.
We also offer monthly deals, seasonal and bulk discounts throughout the year so make sure to sign up so you don't miss out!

Returns & Exchanges
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept the return of your item(s) subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Returns made outside this time frame will not be accepted.
- Items must be plain (without branding), unworn and unwashed. Items must have the tags attached and be in the original packaging (when applicable).
- We do not accept the return of items that have been damaged, altered or soiled by the customer.
- We do not accept the return of clearance/discontinued items.
- We only accept the return of one unit per style, size and colour.
- All returns incur a restocking fee of $4.50 per item (incl. GST).
- The cost of returning items for a refund is the responsibility of the customer. Original postage costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges do not apply if returning an item you received faulty or was incorrect.
To request a return, please email orders@scarletworkwear.co.nz to be issued a GRA (Goods Return Authorisation) number and given a return address.

Absolutely! We know online shopping can be hard, so we will happily exchange your item(s) to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
To request an exchange, please email orders@scarletworkwear.co.nz to be issued a GRA (Good Return Authorisation) number and given a return address. Please advise which product/size/colour you would like to swap to in your email.
The following conditions apply to exchanges...
- Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Returns made after this time frame will not be accepted for an exchange.
- Items must be plain (without branding), unworn, and unwashed. Items must have tags attached and be in their original packaging (when applicable).
- We do not accept the exchange of items that have been damaged, altered, or soiled by the customer.
- Clearance/discontinued items cannot be exchanged.
- We only accept one exchange per style, size, and colour over time.
- The cost of returning an item for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging an item that you received damaged or was incorrect then shipping charges will not apply.
- An extra freight charge will apply for the dispatch of exchange items. Extra freight costs do not apply if you order remains over the free shipping value after the exchange.

Products
Online shopping can be difficult and finding the right fit without trying the garment on first is even harder, especially when sizes can vary across different brands.
That's why we make sure that each product on our site has the appropriate size measurements from each brand to help you along the way.
Each product will ether have a "size chart" link, a size guide embedded within the images or outlined in the product description.
Note: Some brands provide a flat chest measurement, while others offer a 'made to fit' size around the torso
How to measure:
Flat chest or 1/2 chest = lay a garment you wear regularly on a flat surface and measure between the armpit seams.
SP (shoulder point) length = measure a flat garment from the top of the collar down to the bottom of the hem.
We continuously add new products to our website everyday. If you require a specific item from one of the brands we supply but can't find it on the website, get in touch and our team will be happy to source it for you.

The best way to order samples is to make an online order. We recommend ordering one unit per style/colour/size.
You can then return any items that aren't suitable for a refund or send them back to be branded if you need a logo added.
