Returns & Exchanges
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept the return or excange of your items subject to the following conditions:
- We only accept returns of one unit per style, size, and colour. If you are looking to buy samples, we recommend purchasing singles of any style/size/colour before placing a larger order with us.
- All returns incur a restocking fee of $4.50 per item (incl. GST). This is in place to cover the cost of processing the return of your goods, checking the condition of the item, placing the item back into stock and/or paying to return the items back to the manufacturer. Restocking fees do not apply for exchanges or any samples that are returned to us for branding.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt/delivery of your order. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Items must be plain (without branding), unworn, and unwashed. Items MUST have tags attached and be in their original packaging (when applicable).
- We do not accept the return or exchange of items that have been damaged, altered, or soiled. Please check the garments carefully before returning them.
- We do not accept the return or exchange of clearance/discontinued items.
- We only accept one exchange per style, size, and colour. Multiple exchanges of the same product over time for different sizes/colours are not allowed.
- The cost of returning your products for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Original postage costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item that you received damaged, defective, or was incorrectly picked/shipped then return shipping charges will not apply.
- If you receive free shipping for your original order and return part of, or the entire order, we will deduct the value of the relevant shipping cost from your refund.*
*Should your final order value after a part return remain over $300 (including GST), only the restocking fee will apply.
- An extra freight charge will apply for the dispatch of exchange orders. This does not apply for orders that remain over $300+gst after the exchange.
- To make a return, please email orders@scarletworkwear to be issued a GRA (Goods Return Authorisation) prior to sending, so that your returned package can be marked accordingly for processing and inspection upon arrival with us. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us what size/colour you would like to swap to before sending.
- For your protection and security, please return your items using an insured courier and retain the receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
