I bought two of these for around $100 including shipping, good value for what you receive.
Good quality, the snap closure is so much better than buttons, and they arrived 2 days after purchase.
The size small fits a women's small with plenty of room at the chest still, though you will have to roll the sleeves up a bit.
I wouldn't go any smaller than your usual size for a woman purchasing though, as the hips are narrower in this jacket as it's unisex (mens) sizing.
